SU Bar/club

Hey all,

Im a prospective student for next year and have visited falmer campus where my course would be. The SU there seemed a bit small though and was wondering if there was another SU or student only place that is good as a nightclub bar or predrinker?

Thanks
Hi Cameron!

Brighton SU and their event partners puts on one of the biggest Freshers' Fortnights in the UK - all information gets released at 12pm on Friday 19th August 2016.

There are a number of cafe/bars available at the SU too - both at Falmer and in Moulsecoomb - great for socialising and utilising before nights out!

i've heard the best student nights are from a company called rox in brighton mate, they hold student nights at clubs and stuff i think with people like snoop dog and jason derulo and stormzy. apparently they sell a freshers wristband that is like your ticket for freshers events and gives you discount entry for the rest of the year? not sure when they go on sale though
Ah cheers, so the wristband gets you in to all fresh rival events aswell as other Fix events then? So I wouldn't need to purchase any freshtival tickets on top of the wristband?

i think its a separate company so just gets you into their events. ive heard theyre better though so im definitely gonna get the wristband and see who else is getting the freshtival tickets before i buy them, cos even if i just get the wristband and my flatmates dont they can still go to the night out, it'll just cost them more for entry you get me?

Ah okay might get a Rox band then and do the same. Do the freshtival tickets not sell out as quickly then? Ie can you wait until a few days before and still get tickets?
