QMUL Accomodation - Waiting List

Hi all, Just been advised today by Housing Services that I am on a waiting list for Halls and that I should start seeking accommodation elsewhere in London. I'm thinking of looking at private halls of residences or possibly finding a few other 1st years in the same situation and look for a nice social house share, somewhere in East London. Is anyone else in the same situation? or does anyone else have any recommendations of websites/forums etc?Thank you

Hey!
No luck at all.
I'm awaiting the result of the accommodation ballot at the end of August.
Are you looking for other people to complete a house share? Get a few of us together - that are in the same situation.

I'm desperately looking for people to flat share with, cause I live in London already but am too far to travel everyday. So if anybody is interested I can help, Flat shares can be as good as £95/week but are normally around £150/week

Hi I was looking at Sherren house but it says that rooms are currently unavailable. Do you know if this is because they have all been taken or if they will become available?

I'm also interested, if there's any more space! Kind of silly that they expect everyone with a London post code to live at home...

They might have gone home as it's gone 5, but call again on Monday (after all the clearing madness has calmed down) and I'm sure they'll be able to help!
I really hope you guys all manage to sort something out, I think it would be great if you all end up living together after meeting on TSR! -Sarah
