As you probably know, it's not pressure itself that causes things to explode but pressure differences. Since everyone else's heart is also producing blood at the same rate, the pressure gradient between people remains constant so you don't explode.

Okay, didn't want to tell you this first but, cut the red vein...
The sceptum contains anti-inflammitories which prevents combustion during contraction. Each cell is known to combust myogenically when pressure is too high but the fire extinguishing cells make sure to calm any immediate explosions which may lead to a severe case of death.
