Best laptop for Electrical engineering/EEE

What kind of laptop would be best suited for an EEE student. I will be starting Uni in September at Imperial and my heart is set on the Dell XPS 13 but I'm not sure if its the best option for this course?
I'd say just go for anything with a reasonably powerful CPU, you don't need too much power for EEE as you're not doing CFD or CAD. If you're looking at the XPS 13 it might be worth waiting for the HP Spectre 13 which is coming up in a month or so and has thunderbolt 3 so in the case you do need a GPU you can plug one in (although admittedly expensively and not too portably at the moment)

Which of the 2 would be better, The Asus Zenbook UX303UA or the Acer Aspire S7.

The Zenbook. From what I can tell it's a much better laptop for less money.
