I can't get my tonsil stone out, HELP!!

I get tonsil stones every so often and I usually manage to get them out usuing my nails, but this time when I go near the stone it moves inwards so I can't get it out! It's REALLY bothering me :frown: can anyone help me??
Have you tried using a cotton bud or a hair grip to remove it? Gargling with salt water 3-4 times per day, or a mixture of water and apple cider vinegar 2-3 times per day can also loosen and remove tonsil stones :smile:

You can use the end of the cotton bud to try and dislodge the tonsil stone. It's worked for me before :smile:
