Firstly who cares what the dos thinks you can and can't do.
Secondly my mate got 1,1 and isnt at trinity and got a first in this years IA exams.
My other mate from my school got 1,1 aswell and got First in his IB exams this year.

Damn, thanks. I feel like my self-esteem would take a big hit if I were to miss my STEP offer though. I hope any potential failures in STEP don't cause me to have some inferiority complex with those that have like S,S. It f*cking kills me to see statistics where S,S usually correlates with a first and then 1,1 correlating with 2:1 or whatever. :frown: Either way, I will try and continue self-studying IA and do as well as I can.

What is your UMS average? You only have a chance of interview if your UMS is over 180%.

Also, you want at least 18A*s at GCSE, and all of them must be sciences.
