Need help with a maths question

This is probably really easy but I don't get it. 1471213494126-1676330518.jpg it's 3b the calculation question. The answer is 100000.

60 out of 20000 are tagged, which is a proportion of 0.003. Thus we can estimate that the 800 total tagged fish represent a proportion of 0.003 (three thousandths) of the total population. Hence the total is 800÷0.003 = 266,666.666666..., so the book's answer is wrong.
