I can Solve the so called housing crisis easily

It's simple really. A housing crisis doesn't just happen, it is the result of one thing and one thing only. Too many people! We don't need to build more houses in the 100,000s evert year which is rediculous as eventually they're will be zero countryside left. We just need to reduce our population.

For a start, where to?

Secondl I was born in England and lived here all my life. Same with my parents who have paid millions and millions of pounds in tax.

Thirdly, are you happy to see the eradication of the countryside? Until everywhere and every piece of greenery has a house on it?

So tell us how we are going to do that?

The private sector caused this housing crisis. It is deliberately not producing houses at a reasonable rate in order to push up prices exponentially, which is the exact effect it's had.

The only reason it needs to produce houses at a "reasonable rate", is due to the amount of demand - I.e too many people. That's the root cause. It may be hard to swallow for the liberal left.

Not my job to know how. I'm just stating my opinion.

So your brilliant bit of analysis is to get rid of people. Very insightful.

Also banning people from owning more than one house would help. People may be surprised, but our birth rate is very low; so low that the population of 18 year olds has been decreasing for many years. Almost all the population increase is in the older age groups, and due to longer lifespans and immigration.

Just playing devil's advocate here, why not euthanise everyone above a certain age?

that depends. how old are you

Incorrect the amount of countryside built on in the uk is something like 2 or 3 % for all the houses in the U.K. Currently

Works both ways, minimal house building also leads to an increase in prices.
You can't simply blame it on one factor.

Obviously you're not from the countryside. That's the typical attitude of the metropolitan bubble.

Your lot are even worse. I wouldn't trust a socialist to run anything.

The root cause is still, too many people
I live in the countryside, houses are going up everywhere and it's a pisstake. Loads of dem innit fams have started moving in, and funny enough there's more trouble now....
I fail to see why I should pay more for a house or have the countryside concreted over for the sake of economic migrants.
