I have difficulty saying no

For most part, I have difficulty saying no if someone asks me for favour. This leads to lots of pressure and I am left with tedious works of others. If I say no I feel like I am being rude. How to refuse doing work for someone else politely? How can I help myself in this situation?

Once I told my friend that I don't have time to help her with her work and she got so mad at me that she stopped talking to me. I am afraid from that time. I feel like I will lose friends.

Well you're not inclined to do something for a person and they shouldn't expect a 'yes' 100% of the time. Remember, the more times you agree, the more dependent those same people can become on you for help. If you don't want to do something for them, just say that you can't. Depending how important this help is to the person and how well you know them, you can decide whether you really want to help them or not.

I knew someone would comment "lets date" or "f--- me" to mock my post
Maybe some people just demand really long explanations for your actions that don't come across as excuses. Like your future boss at work. You know you're always one bad performance away from the sack (while the boss treats himself to several holidays a year )

I have been like this for years and people generally expect me to do favour for them. I know the problem is deep rooted in me.

Women usually love pleasing people.

Find a Man who you only want to say Yes to, marry him, and then never say no.
