For most part, I have difficulty saying no if someone asks me for favour. This leads to lots of pressure and I am left with tedious works of others. If I say no I feel like I am being rude. How to refuse doing work for someone else politely? How can I help myself in this situation?


I know this im such a pushover sometimes.

Try writing down a list of things you will say no to beforehand so if someone asks you, the get to sorry, but I have to say no, quickly. Bear in mind if it really incoveniences you, then you are doing soemthing that is at your expense , which has to be questioned.

Practice saying no in the mirror.
