That's not necessarily true. You can start university at any age, and additionally, time may have been taken away from education to bring up children, e.g. have a gap year between A levels and GCSEs.

For GCSE results day I've been called into work at 11 until 4, so I'll either be very cheery or very very sad😂😭
No plans for the evening yet, because I've basically cut of ties with everyone at school bar a few now😂

27th August but we're stopping in Southampton for a few days beforehand
IF I DO WELL.... I will take my friends out and on another day I will take my family out and I have made a bet with my friend
that if I do well, I will run around the whole school playground
Not sure if that will happen though...
If my results are worthy of celebrating, I plan to go out for a meal with all of my friends afterwards, and then go to the cinema and have a shopping spree in the city

Yeah... I didn't give you much to go on. I'm 29 next month. My children are 11, 8 and 5. I returned to education in 2014 and completed an HNC and completed Highers this year to gain entry to university - I start next month :smile:.
