I think it's ok if they guy takes forever to make a move , it's ok in general. But, if you haven't noticed guys are getting more timid, nervous and lack confidence the more we " take charge".
I think it's important to keep some gender roles.

Sure. I asked a guy out recently but turned out he has a girlfriend, so we just went out as friends. Planning on asking a guy out who works at my gym soon. Obviously nobody likes rejection, but don't see why it should always fall on the guy to ask.

Why do we need gender roles? Do you also believe women should cook and clean all day while the man goes out to work?
