Received unconditional at kings..do i have to call them? What do i do

If someone has received an unconditional offer, meaning they obtained the grades the UNII required, do they have to do anything? Do they have to call them today and confirm it ?

No, as long as your Track shows your confirmed place, there is nothing you need to do.
