Universities that lower entry requirement?

Hi. Are there any universities that have schemes that lowers the entry requirements if you fulfill certain criteria? Such as the A2B scheme at University of Birmingham.

Hey what courses are you looking into? Lots of unis will be flexible on their tariff, any particular unis or cities you want to study at?

I´m not looking at anything in particular but I was just wondering if any universities did actually have such a scheme that lowers their entry requirements for most of their courses.
