Translation: At Uni is it easy to make shallow friendships that fizzle out after a year in hall, drink dirt cheap booze and get food poisoning from the kebab shop on the way home, go to awkward parties that trash houses, and catch STIs?
As a rule of thumb, if you were popular and had sexual opportunities before you went to uni, then you will find those opportunities increase in a uni environment.
If you go to uni as a virgin / not had a partner then uni is a fairly good place to have opportunities you have never had before....but don't expect to be having a sexfest at freshers week. And some students go through uni having no or hardly any opportunities.
At uni is it easy to make friends, get drunk, go to party's and have sex ???
Hello
At the end of the day it's down to you as a person in regards to how easy all of these things are - if you are a sociable person and so are the people you come into contact are - you'll make friends easy if you like each other. Getting drunk... well, yeah? Just drink until you're drunk - easy. The SU will run events and they'll be parties and the clubs are always open and having sex, well, again, down to you really. Questions that are easily self-answered!

I think short of going to an actual brothel, you aren't going to find a better environment. You could always just study really hard and earn some money, then they'll be lining up.
