Depends on the girl. And a girl is free to wear what she wants in order to make her feel good about herself, and therefore it's not always about the "attention" seeking factor.

She is interested:
- she talks to u and STARTS conversations over text ( don't always start convos could b busy / not think of it until uve sent the 1st text)
- laughs in a flirty way at stuff u say
- makes flirty comments
- looks at u a lot
- if she sees u out, then she'd go talk 2 u
- gives u her number

She's not interested:
- hardly laughs at ur jokes/ pickup lines
- gives u dirty looks
- doesn't want to give u her number
- friend zones u
- gives u a talk bout liking being single/ having no commitments
You've obviously got a problem with something, chill dude. Us guys are just as attention seeking.

Not all girls ware short and tight clothes but some do to try and attract guys or they might just like their look in it.
Idrk y some girls like attention from boys I guess it's cause they think it's fun
Being a girl myself, I do second that, girls are naturally more in the spotlight.
