Yep it should be. After spending a while on hoping you would realise that root 4 is 2 I completely disregarded the sign lol.

so 9 root 7

3-3=9
root7*root7=7
(remember when you multiply roots you just multiply the numbers on the inside so here you get root 49 = 7 although its easier to just know that the same roots multiplied you just get rid of the root)

so its 9*7=63
