What question did you ask; how long ago did you ask; and is there any urgency attached to your question (and did you make that clear to the Admissions Office)?

If your thread os on anyway representaive of the qualiyu of question you asked, then you have a problem.

Try providing all relevant information so they know what you are going on about and can probode a focused answer.

If you need the answer quickly, then phone them and do not rely on e-mail.
