freshers start date?

just got an email from UEA saying that the licence start date is 24th Sept, and that they cannot accommodate anyone before then. So freshers week starts on the 24th? Seems quite late to me...? Has anyone else received the same email?

For uni halls, it'll either be the 24th or 25th for Home students. There may be a few who move in a few days earlier, but they'll be overseas students!

International students arrival days are 21st and 22nd September!
