transfer to a different uni?

I will be starting biomedical science at university of bedfordshire this October. It is currently ranked 120th in the league table. Will I be able to transfer to different uni if I won't like it there? possibly to st George's university

Transfers are possible but to transfer without re-starting will require that the first year content from both courses are compatible (and usually that you meet the standard entry requirements for the new course).
