Declaration Form?

Hi, I've received the Entitlement Letter, and it says I must sign and send the enclosed Declaration Form, but they didn't send me any declaration, just the postgraduate loan summary and some information about my loan... Thank you

I applied by paper, so I completed the application and terms and conditions form and sent by post
Hi there.

If you've already done one, then you do not have to send another.

The letter is generic, however the system will only actually send another out if we haven't already received one.
