Nah, it's lower than last year's by only 1-3 marks for each grade so A* last year was 158 but this year it's 157 that's the smallest change but for the other grades they are like 2-3 marks lower than last year's.


Ohh ok I thought it was lower. So what does that mean in terms of raw marks?

Anyone else think the individual science boundaries are reassuringly low for the A*? I was expecting Chemistry to be high 140s, but it's low 130s :smile:

The numbers I mentioned are in raw marks lol.
Honestly, the core edexcel physics grade boundaries are shockingly high. Do they think we are masterminds, that exam was dreadfully hard.

Oh i dont understand how those are the raw marks when the exam is out of 90 and coursework is out of 50?

Just realised that.
Might be UMS then. It's just that on the table it says raw marks but it's probably UMS. My bad.

They are high, they've gone up 15 marks since last year
