Is it a bit too much?
Boyfriend just cancelled a family trip with his family just to spend 2 days with me.. was it wrong of him? He told me, and we planned on meeting before they booked. But, I just said how although i'll be seeing a friend the purpose was to be with him since he missed me so much (because of the 3 months long distance relationship). And he should do what's best.
I feel in an awkward position as he's clearly choosing me over somethings like, friends/ family and even a wedding.. is this level normal?

Yeah, I know what you mean, just don't want it to look like i'm controlling him. Because I just stated the facts. Can't help but feel guilty
I've just decided to go another day so he can go with his family and doesn't have to stress about me
