Can someone please explain the Resistant Materials Grade Boundaries to me I'm a little confused. In my coursework I got 216 = A* and in my exam I got 134 = A but on the grade boundaries it says that the max mark for the coursework is 90 and you need 84 for an A* and the max for the exam is 120 and you need 96 for an A*. I'm looking to get it remarked but don't know how far away I am. Thanks in advance <3 xx

I'm really quite annoyed with my results.

English Language: B :frown:

(I was not happy with a B in the first place.)
English Literature: B (Yeah....pretty annoyed about this one too.) :mad:

Maths: A

(I messed up the second paper so this is surprising!)
French: A* (294/300, and only one in the school to get the A*!) :biggrin:

Drama: B (Meh. I wasn't expecting anything else to be honest.) :redface:

Biology: C (I've always been terrible at biology...) :colondollar:

Chemistry: B (Pretty happy with this.) :smile:

Physics: B (I don't mind with this either; science has never been my strong point.) :smile:

Sociology: A (Hoping for an A* but this is okay I guess) :wink:

Geography: B (This was annoying as well) :s-smilie:

General Studies: A (Highest in the school so I don't mind) :colone:

Latin: C (THIS ANNOYED ME SO MUCH. :angry:

Use of Maths: A*/A*/A (Meh. It's only Use of Maths) :colonhash:

TLM IT User Skills A*.(It's not even a REAL GCSE!) :colondollar:

Hey I'm looking to apply to medicine at Cambridge and I got my results today.

I got 8A* 4As. I have a diverse range of extracurriculurs but I was wondering whether these results would at least give me a shot at medicine at Cambridge?

In my results I got:
English Language:B
English Literature: B
Religious Studies: B
Maths: C
Graphic Products: B
Drama: C
Science: B
Media: B
History: A

I'm honestly so happy with my results I was predicted all Cs except in Re and English. I'm only really disappointed with those two grades as I was only about one UMS marks off an A for both of those subjects, (I'm considering getting them remarked,) other than that I'm really happy.
Also I was getting Ds in History and I have somehow managed to get an A overall??

Guys is it worth a remark? Because I came out the exam so confident! And also based on the unofficial mark schemes for maths I shouldve gotten a higher mark :frown:

I got 2A* 6As 1B and a C.
I want to remark some of my units because they seem really wrong :frown:
