Would people retaking GCSE maths 2016 be affected by the new grading system

I failed my GCSE maths for the 2nd time and i have to take it again in November. Would my grades say A - C or would it be 4 - 7?

They would stay at A-C. Your final opportunity to retake would be June 2017.
I got to retake Eng Language :/

And they grade them 4-7 I hear but employers will find this strange.

Wouldn't that be weird because my GCSE are in letters

Mine are in letters as well and employers will likely see you resat a subject due to the numbers been there and this could possibly be negative.

A*-E, the November 2016 Maths exams will still use the old spec.

Thank you so much i was really worried at first but i guess i have to work super hard now and focus on that more
If you're taking it in November (last chance to do so) then it will be letters.
numbers*
I got a B in maths and I missed an A by a couple of marks; will I be able to retake this November?

(PS. why did they have to make the grade boundaries so ridiculously high this year!?
