I'm a guy and I have a huge rack of t*ts

Yep the title explains it. I have a big chest

what can I do to loose fat in that area?

(it makes me feel feminine and makes less confident but I like playing them).

You need to lose overall fat, try some cardio and watch your carbs, when you cut weight your fat around your chest will decrease.

Also you wanna do some chest excercises to try and stimulate the muscle, try bench press, fly's etc.

Weve been doing it for the past 3 months - you know, tryna get into shape for results day but sadly nothing happened except my titties have gotten more plumpier and saggier. :frown:


Im gonna try mixing it with green tea - I heard it has good weight loss properties :biggrin:

Depends how much you weight, your body shape and how much you need to be 'healthy'. But lose around 10-15kg and you should start seeing good difference, also avoid carbs and cut your cheese and you should be good.

You can't spot reduce fat.
Eat less than you expend.

Once you've lost weight, if you still have man boobs (unlikely) then you've got gyno and need to see a doctor about reconstructing it.
