I'm confused about my GCSE results

AQAGCSE/B / 46651H / German Unit 1 Tier H / 22 / u

AQAGCSE/B / 46652H / German Unit 2 Tier H / 29 / e
AQAGCSE/B / 46653 / German Unit 3 / 50 / d
AQAGCSE/B / 46654 / German Unit 4 / 49 / d

(This problem is also occurring with my English & History)
Apparently, I received a mark 22 in my German (Unit 1) - and the grade is a U. But if I check the grade boundaries here...

My grades are equivalent to a C (46651H & 46652H) an A (46653) and a B (46654).

I can't contact the AQA about my results, as apparently students and parents aren't allowed to discuss them directly with the exam board (tried calling). My school also has nobody in the exams office, and I have to wait a few days to speak to them. Just in case i'm interpreting something wrong, I figured that i'd post the results here.

I'm afraid not - the results on your results sheet are your UMS marks and not your raw marks. The grade boundaries are raw mark boundaries. Basically, your raw marks are converted to UMS marks and they correspond to a grade (in this case, a U I'm afraid).

I've converted the mark of 22 in the UMS converter as well, and it states that I received a C - and not a U.

I've just had a look and it doesn't - it converts raw marks to UMS marks, not the other way round so that's likely the mistake you made there. A UMS of 22 corresponds to a mark of 14/40 in terms of raw marks.
