Are my GCSE results good?

For my GCSEs I got:
History - A
Ict - A*
English language - C
English literature - B
Maths - A*
Further maths - A*
Core science - A
Additional science - A*
Business - A
French - B

Are my grades good enough to get into unis like imperial, ucl and kings college??

Those are really good results! Especially the two A*s in maths AND further maths. Universities will focus far more on your post-16 education than your GCSEs so wouldn't worry about that at all.

those grades are decent enough for medicine just not at kings or imperial as they have a very high gcse threshold  other unis may be worth considering eg liverpool
