BMI says 27 but I don't feel 27

I'm just under 5 ft 7, quite thick skinned, have an above average amount of muscle (more than the regular person who doesn't go to the gym) and my suit trouser size is 30 waist.

I have a small belly I'd say but nothing huge,
BMI is pretty inaccurate if you're muscular. What's your body fat percentage?

I can't work it out, can I link you to a pic and maybe you could tell me?

(P.S I'm genuinely not ripped or anything, I'd estimate somewhere between 15-20% but maybe higher)

Would you mind helping please?

BMI is your weight with your height compared. Thing is, muscles are denser than fat so someone the same height and weight might be size 10 or 18 in clothes.

If you're muscular then BMI isn't too accurate. And tbf you aren't far above a normal BMI anyway, so just have a little look at if your lifestyle is 'healthy'

Ruler says I'm 7 inches, but I don't feel 7 inches
