Obviously this could change, but I doubt it will. At the moment I think doing a placement year would be very beneficial.

Choosing a list of colleges to look at Durham is proving difficult, they all seem pretty good but I think I'll go for an older one as I liked the more 'historical' feel of Peterhouse.

Still not sure what my last two uni choices should be, I think open days will have to decide between a couple I have in mind.
Good luck , I hope you do well .

Haha, let's see how things work out for me. I don't know if I will revise for any subject other than Maths and Further Maths. The other two will be a struggle, I don't think I'll revise. Let's see if I've changed lol idek yet.
Good luck!!! I love reading blogs.

That was me pretty much for half of the year. I only revised Maths and Biology. Politics (sort of) came naturally, as did History, but proper revision for those two subjects started in April.

Make sure you do revise though! I've seen so many people on here, and at my school, ace GCSE and then crash at AS. It's deffo not worth the stress of wondering whether you'll get any uni offers.

It's not even about acing GCSEs. I just fluked it or I'm clever and GCSEs are piss easy for people like that. When it comes to A-levels, it doesn't even matter if your clever - you're the same as everyone else unless you work hard lol. So, I have to revise from Day 1 and yeah obviously - as you said - every SUBJECT  or else I'll do good in Maths and Further Maths and flop the rest, which looks stupid :frown:.

What do you have in mind for the last two. Im aiming for the same grades as you but don't what grades would be sensible for an insurance.

AAA or below would be sensible for an insurance choice IMO. I'll probably put Surrey as my insurance as I know they let people in with AAB and ABB so it would be a good back up.

I'm not too sure about my other two choices.

Looking at - Exeter, Warwick, Nottingham and Bristol. Maybe some others but none in London. You?

I see what you did there:wink: and thanks
Hey James! Congrats on your AS results! They're amazing grades  Surrey is great for economics and I've done a summer school back in July and the atmosphere is very welcoming and the people are really friendly.
