Transfering from one uk university to another
I have missed my Ucl offer by 0.20 points and I have now been accepted through clearing at Wesminster. Are there any chances of transferung to ucl/ surrey/ city/ kings from westminster on the psychology course? How do I proceed?

Transfers depend on the two courses being compatible and usually on you fulfilling the standard entry requirements. Sometimes the entry requirements can be adjusted if you do well in 1st year and apply to start again at your new university.
The people to ask about this are the universities concerned. Don't start a course you wouldn't be happy to stick with for 3 years because of a slim possibility of switching courses - that is setting yourself up to be unhappy and perform poorly.
