Legs dead day after leg day

I've had 3 leg days and the day after is the worst, I lose pretty much all control of my legs
Is this normal?
What does your leg day consist of and how often are you doing it

Leg day:
Goblet squats holding 18kg last time - can't do regular squats yet
Leg press - 66kg
leg extension - 39kg I think
Leg curl - 39kg probably

Also I do static streched on my legs every night since I had super tight leg muscles
It's quite natural to have this occur, especially with leg muscle workouts. It's called DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness), which is basically the bodies response to you putting your muscles through strain (workouts). If you are stretching out and warming up well enough before your routine, then you are cutting out the issue of lactic acid build up exacerbating the issue. Your body just really needs to get used to doing leg workouts, as it's a part of the body that most don't target or put much strain on, especially with those new to the gym. Just keep up the good work with the workouts and you'll soon start to see the effect of DOMS decrease.

For the time being, you may wish to do leg day before your rest day or a day you can allow for the muscle soreness.
