Who is the one who does racist stuff?

My mates dad is a massive racist acutally, never says it to them but in conversation. Everybody just laughs at him because of how angry / thick / racist he is

Unfortunately, I live in an affluent suburb in Scotland, therefore slightly oblivious to petty crimes or wrongdoings against the minorities.
