Yeah, i put them all down. Their interface made it really easy to do so. It took me about 30 seconds in total (wish more places did it like them)

The assessment is essentially a mix of SJT and numerical. The numerical will be a lot more involved than normal, but it's basic maths. It's un-timed so take your time.

Also, I just got invited for a video interview as well. Im thinking it's automatic once you do the first stage, not sure if it's automatic if you pass the first stage or not. Anyone got info on this?

Surely you must have paased
I thought there was a second stage insight before the video interview?
Can someone correct me if I'm being stupid please.

After 08 the media always portrayed high leverage ratios in a bad light;

but if you calculate : Leverage ratio (%) = tier 1 capital / exposure,

If capital increases doesn't your ratio increase, even though being more capitalised is beneficial?

I think they may have mixed the 2 into 1, it was really long, a lot longer than the time they say. Others have said this too to me

You might be thinking of debt/total assets or debt/equity (or something similar) which when too high is a bad thing.

What you've written is Tier 1 leverage ratio which is completely different.
