Medicine Personal Statement Reading

Hi, Im an international student applying for medicine in the UK. I'm planning to apply to Oxford, UCL, Imperial, and Sussex. I'm stuck at the personal statement and really want to do a good job, any book suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated!
Tbh you probably won't have space for reading when you talk about work experience and your skills!
