Looking for a room to rent ASAP

Hi!

I'm 19 y/o Australian female and I'm look for a room to rent in a shared house or flat. I would love a place thats quite chill where I can meet some new friends. Anything in central London or zone 2 is great. If anyone has a spare room they would like to rent out, please let me know as I'm super keen!

I know an Aussie who got a single room at the International Student House(Zone 1) a couple of weeks ago. Seems to be few Aussies there. Good luck. Most landlords want a UK based Guarantor.

Hi! I'm a new sri lankan female master student at UCL Cancer Institute. I'm looking for a replacement tenant for my studio room at Liberty Living on Sebastian street (Zone 1). It is a 3 minute walk away from City University London. It takes 20 minutes to get to UCL from my place via tube. If you are keen on cycling, it takes 15 minutes to get to UCL main campus on Gower street via cycle. It is £265 pounds per week and the room is available for a 51-week contract (September 2016 - End of August 2017). You can pay in 3 installments provided you have a UK guarantor. I think in zone 1, it is pretty hard to find a place at this price. If you are interested, do PM me ASAP. Thanks!
