definitely. I had a lot of patches where my skin was dry and now they're gone. Generally my skin is brighter and more even toned. I have also been exfoliating, but in the past when I exfoliated with insufficient water intake I never saw results like these.

I drink about 3-4 litres of water a day, which tbh is quite a lot. But I space it out so it doesn't feel like that much.

I'm the opposite. I barely drink anything but water. Not even fruit juices, tea or fizzy drinks.

Ever since I was told by specialist nurses and doctors to drink water that has been boiled for the first three months of post-operation, I just stuck to it. At first I thought it was going to be hard, then eventually it was easy to make that transition. Also I don't want to disrespect the donor of the kidney (R.I.P the 15 year old girl I'll never get to meet ).

I'm the same! Everyone always says I drink a weird amount and I don't like fizzy drinks, I don't drink juice either because its basically just liquid sugar. I do have 1 coffee in the morning but after that it's water all day, I would say about 3-4 litres. I have 3 kidneys so I get you (obv for a different reason but I am really conscious of taking care of them)

Except for a night out where I will consume alcohol (sometimes mixed with a fizzy drink). I only ever drink water and tea. I have a glass of water with every meal/ snack and a cup of tea in the morning and before I go to bed.
You should definitely get in the habit to drink more water. It's not really healthy to not since replacing water in the body is important.

I'm doing it to protect my teeth as well. I haven't had coffee in awhile, but is a special occasion to me when I do.

I used to be the same, I couldn't stand water when I was younger. I realised I had a problem when I was feeling dizzy when I was walking home from school.

I started by drinking fruit infused water so I'd drink a litre a day, now I only drink tea, coffee and water.

Drinking more water is something you get used to and it eventually becomes a habit, you get used to the taste

Why would you want to see anyone's pee...

Pee tells you how much water your body consumes a day, and normally if you don't drink enough it will look like orange juice.

I know
are you... alive?

no but really try going a week drinking several cups a day and see how you feel at the end of it. even if you don't feel thirsty. i'm like borderline addicted to drinking water and even though i'm not healthy, it makes me feel so. it's really cleansing lmao

I don't drink water either. It gives me a stomach ache, has made me throw up, makes me feel nauseated and lightheaded. I have been like this for the last 18 yrs. I am currently 19. I only drink a sip of water with my levothyroxine pills. Before I started taking that this year I haven't had a drop. I probably have had a glass of water, if that, in the last 18 years. At first I drank water but then I started having bad effects so I stopped. I know exactly how you feel.
Yea same with me it’s the taste it makes me gag
It makes me gag to I’ve always worried about it does anybody know why it makes me gag
I don't drink anything at all, and when I look around at all my symptoms I see severe dehydration... Symptoms include(mine):sunken eyes, fatigue, lethargy, heartbeat problems, some genetic problems worsening(fibromyalgia, autism), stomach pains, dry eyes and mouth, disinterest, lack of appetite, depression, etc. Its pretty bad, now I cant go to a doctor because I don't want to, we cant afford it, and nobody will take me because they don't believe its this bad. Im gonna try my best to fix it even though I have ABSOLUTELY NO THIRST DRIVE whatsoever and water at my place tastes like metal but my parents don't believe it. I hate my life...nobody believes in me...;·(
I wouldn't say it's werid of not having to drink water cause look at me I haven't drink water since I was like 5 or 6 and now am turning 16 soon and still haven't drink water.. my parents Try to talk me into and even show me things that will happen to me if I don't drink water... As usually I ignore them .. in my opinion water taste awful to me as much as swallowing a pill which I hate and will never do .. as I said it's not werid of not drinking water
How can you not like water?

There were days I have not drunken water too, it is not weird. The main point is that you are drinking anyway before you dehydrated.
