I am not at liberty to discuss such a topic. :colonhash:

hope it doesn't think I'm illegally bootlegging drugs and downloading porn
Worked for me, was on and off for 3 years though and didn't spend every waking moment on it. But the few times a week I'd use it I'd actually put effort in. Came across all sorts of people, some good, some bad, handful of dates, a few to and fros that fizzled out, exchanged numbers and fizzled out etc etc.

In my opinion I find it ridiculous when people only want someone within like 5-10 miles..what is 5-10 miles? Can someone explain? I have a girlfriend now so it's of no consequence to me now but still.
Those who say they have no car and won't date anyone outside their town..um okay?
I get no one wants to do long distance but surely if someone is promising and they are within like 1 hour away that's not exactly disgusting.

My girlfriend told me she was slightly worried about the distance but realised I wasn't that far and we were getting on well so gave it a chance. She said someone lived closer and she rejected them (months before we spoke) because of distance..

It takes just under 2 hours on the train one way and even though our schedules can clash we just make it work and see each other at least twice per week and 95% of the time spend time at each others houses so it's no issue. If you are serious about a relationship and find someone you click with who is also just as serious it's a nice thing
There are some decent people who use dating apps for genuine reasons. So in a sense, dating apps can work if you know what your intentions are and what you want in a person. It might take time to find someone that you click with, but always try with a positive mindset and not to take things to heart if they turn out to be a disappointment.

Don't be thrown off by those who are using the apps for "casual hook-ups" and ALWAYS be cautious of who you converse with online.

If someone doesn't want to date a person from a long-distance, then it's their choice. It doesn't make them "ridiculous".

You're different, we get it.

Anyway, your opinion.

I hear you..I'm actually talking about someone for example saying they live in Manchester city centre and saying they won't date anyone outside of the city centre...

It clearly offended you so apologies.
