I know who you are, and I can see that your last account, @175mph, has been banned. It doesn't matter whether you have been banned or not, the 10 post rule applies to you as a whole person, not as a forum name.
Thus, it doesn't matter how many times you get banned; if one of your usernames (banned or not banned) was the last to post then YOU MUST NOT POST UNTIL ANOTHER PERSON POSTS.
Otherwise you break the 10 post rule, which is NOT allowed.
