Do Russel Group Universities Also Look At Raw Marks?

One of my teachers told me that universities like Imperial College London don't only look at the grade but raw marks to, is this true?

Only Cambridge ask for raw marks. You can put raw marks on your reference if you'd like.

Hmm, only Cambridge? My brother applied to ICL with A*A*A*B (Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry Physics) for Computing while the entry requirement was A*AAA (A* in Maths). He achieved everything that was needed to get in and also had a relatively good personal statement. He still got in with A*A*A*A after a remark, but might it have been because his raw marks were not as good as the other applicants?

No. Quite simply, they only see your grade. They only know your UMS if you tell them.
