Oohh lol I thought you were talking about high heels that girls wear :mmm:

You meant men dress shoes with a heel, if it keeps sliding off then it must be too big for you

Oh I see I have a couple of heels and I don't really get this problem. Since your feet are slightly elevated, try lifting your feet higher as you walk. Not too much otherwise you look stupid

How the hell are you walking?

Apart from a very very small number of shoes, all of them have a lift from forefoot to heel. Even trainers are typically 10-12mm higher at the heel than they are at the toe.

How do you not know how to walk?

Maybe because I have slight mobility issues
I have been streching out my legs lately
I dont think im lifting my foot high enough

Also I have trainers and I walk fine in them and they have a elevated heel

Exactly. So what's the difference? Are you just overthinking it?

See. Over thinking. Just walk normally. Ignore the shoe.

If it's sliding in the ground because it's a proper shoe with no tread and a leather sole then you'll be fine once you've scratched it up a bit for grip.
