student room available - September rent free

Hi, I am a parent looking for someone to take over the lease on a student room as my son isn't returning to DMU.
The room is in a shared house in Windermere street, sharing with 3 girls.
Its a downstairs room and completely refurbished with brand new bed and furniture.
The rent is £372 per calendar month including all bills.
I have already paid for September so you wont have to pay anything until October so you can save some of your student loan!
