Meanwhile cuba has a strong health system with a system that works for all.

America is far more prosperous than the Eastern bloc nations. If you don't like America, then what about the UK, Germany, the Nordic countries (although they all use different models of capitalism)?

Meanwhile the Cubans remain poor and part of a one-party state.

China still call themselves commies but they aren't anymore. It's capitalism in a one party state these days.

Yeah look at vietnam. And how prosperous the poor and rich are. Oh wait they are not.

A lower gap does not mean it is always better for people.
I would rather have people earning billions and me earning 40k a year that rich people earning 1 mil a year and me earning 14k a year.
