May I ask what was your starting role as you must have climbed the chain of command rather quickly as most people don't start on £500 a day. Also, you should set yourself up as a company and Facebook can hire you, therefore you can claim on your expenses, you don't pay any income tax as you take all of your money out as dividends (lower tax rate on dividends compared to income tax) from your 'company account'. (4 weeks as an accounts assistant can teach you a lot)

I initially got and intership in my penultimate year and I started working after finishing uni on £35k as a system developer. And yes I already set myself up as a company.

I did BSc Maths btw but I had already strong coding background. The nature of my job is pretty relaxed, nice working hours and quite good bonuses'. Don't really hate anything - could be worse working in a boring job such as teaching.

If you're good at it then yeh, a sh*t load of money and a lot of demand for the work.

If you get into imperial then you basically walk into a big tech company.

Depends on what your aims are and your competence at coding (?)

You need to be proficient at coding first. I imply you mean anyone who gets into Imperial for the MSc is good at it. I had a internship even before starting my MSc at Imperial.

If you ever want to donate for a good cause I'd recommend this charity I've set up called "the broke teens". It's for students who have left school now and realise they're broke AF, for a small donation you can keep a vulnerable person from stop using their parents as an ATM machine.

How does one make a donation to this amazing cause, do I hear you ask? Simples (in meerkat voice). Please send £100 to:
[removal of email address] via paypal and it'd be greatly appreciated.

I'm 23 (24 this month).
Y1 was around 35-40k
Y2 was £65-80k
Y3 is £90-100k

Big range as apart from the base salary, there's many additions such as bonuses. I was also paid quite well in my internship.
