A few questions regarding applications as an int student

My academic year would start at 2018 as I have to serve military national service in my current country of residence and I plan on doing law in the UK. I have a few questions regarding when and where I should apply because I am facing a small dilemma when it comes to the LNAT which I'll explain later on.

I've scored a 37 for IB, not too great where I live but I suppose it is a decent score.
My HLs were Physics, Econs and Math with 7,6,5 respectively and at grade 10 I did the GCE O Levels which I've been told are a little harder than the GCSES in the UK with A1-A2s in in about 7 subjects and a B4 in my second language. As for military service, I'm under a logistics branch supervising administrative matters and audits, having suffered a shoulder injury when I was on course to become an infantry sergeant. I plan on including a small paragraph of this in my PS (among other things) as uni representatives have said this would set me apart from other 18 year old international candidates.

The law schools I'm considering as of now are:
KCL ( 35 BUT 766 in HLs)
Bristol (36 and 18 total for HLs I believe)
Queen Mary University of London (37 and 765)
Durham (38)

I'd like to know my chances for KCL in particular, having missed the 6 for HL Math. I'm aware some people get a little annoyed at such a question but I'm sure there are many UK uni students who know what the scene is like when it comes to the strictness of entry reqs from experience.

Also, I did speak to the QMUL admissions officer at a uni fair and she said I'm likely to get an offer as I already have the results as opposed to a riskier candidate with a predicted score. That being said, I'm not sure if should apply for a deferred entry for the non LNAT unis first by this Jan, or if I should wait for the following and LAST admission cycle upon completion of the LNAT in 2017 . The reason behind this is I'd like to see the offer results asap from the non LNAT unis, at least (I was quite impressed with the QMUL lecture).

If I were to get an offer from QMUL for a deferred entry and accept it around march in 2017 to be safe, will I be able to reapply during the next admission cycle after completing the LNAT in 2017 for KCL and whatnot?

No. You can't hold an offer and apply through UCAS again. If you wanted to re-apply to KCL then you would have to decline your QMUL offer. I don't see the point of re-applying, you already have your grades so if KCL rejects you this year, they almost certainly will reject you again next year.

If KCL says they require 766 then your chances of being accepted are low. I suggest you email KCL and ask if they think it is worth making an application, or if they'd n automatically reject you. Have you considered SOAS? It might be a specialist university, but its law degree is by all accounts well respected.
