On the topic of pay, what can you expect from the likes of GS/JPM/MS etc. for an S&T role?

A new graduate would get £50,000 base salary + £5,000-6,000 sign-on bonus + up to £30,000 end of year bonus + benefits.

Of course though, your bonus might be zero or very low. Interns do not get paid bonuses, base salary only pro-rata.

Top bucket bonus was £40-45k IIRC, but that was for IBD so you may be correct.

Has anyone else had trouble logging into the GS portal?

So I was half way through completing their application and forgot my password (I think) - I've done a password reset request on two potential (only) emails I use, and nothing has come through.

Based on this logic, I don't even have an account with them? What the...

Please any help would be appreciated - I have contacted their HR but the guy wasn't very helpful.

In most cases, those guys will still pay the same base salary and normally a sign-on too. Actually, one french bank has an even higher base salary than this.

However, bonuses at these places are quite low by IB standards so overall salary tends to be significantly lower.

See here: http://news.efinancialcareers.com/uk-en/255551/pay-for-bankers-in-london

Graduates start as an Analyst 1.

Ask them to reset it. They're very friendly, I'm sure they would accommodate this unless it specifically said how to do it without a mouse in the instructions.

Which banks do offer Commercial Banking SA? (Excluding IBs) I've heard of Llyods, RBS, what else?
Also can I apply to different divisions at the same bank? Not talking of FO positions, perhaps Finance or similar.
