Possibility of transferring university after foundation year

I am currently studying an international foundation year with mathematics ( top15 in uk). I just want to ask whether it is possible to get in top 10 or even top 5 university through ucas based on IFY result. If yes, any examples and how to apply for them ? If not, are there any ways to get in university like warwick, imperial , manchester or UCL?
There is a possibility but you'll have to ask each universities about their regulations on a transfer.
