A 6'2, 210-220lb guy can most certainly rep 60kg after a few years of excellent training.

I could rep 45kg at only 155-160lb (ish, i forget) at just short of 5'10.

You do realise he is talking about a barbell... Right?

He didn't mention barbell.

I thought he was claiming to curl 60kg dumbbells

Well... He isn't on the Olympia stage is he?

I think he has curled 30s (DBs) before.

Lee Priest managed 5 reps with 3 plates.
'Steroids... Blah... Steroids' is what people will say.
Still impressive af regardless

So curling 60kg is very strong but nothing 'elite'. Woody is natural.... For now

Are you saying no-one in the gym can curl 30kg DBs for 8+ reps?

You must believe everyone in the gym who is big/strong is on gear

No. Thats *******s. There is no need to lie. The people who are repping you know nothing. How that **** can you curl 60 kg or even 30kg. Wtf is this

My best mate curls 30kg. He's been going to the gym for 3 months. Do you have a muscle wasting disease?

LOL...... now it makes sense, but why on earth would you think that??? Curling 60kg is curling 60kg, curling TWO 60kg dumbells would mean curling 120kg. You've heard of barbell curls, surely???
