I doubt it, but I am sure he had to kiss a lot of them to get into the front office.

That's where the phrase brown nosing comes from :h:

Is that actually something doctors do all day? You work in A & E right?

All day every day. My index finger is practically stained now. It also feels cold on my days off so I've had to fashion a little knitted coat for it.

You're worse than the 35 yr old specialist my dad knows who boasts about nubile young female patients :colonhash:

Do you think the NHS has a good sense of community? (e.g. junior doctors' strikes).

That's pretty disgusting.

Yeah I think it does. Good camaraderie. The best part of my job is probably my colleagues and the chat we have on the job. We're all in it together, have each others backs and are super proud to be part of the NHS.

I meant ones in their early 20s, not teenagers but... yeah.

I guess that's what I envy. Based on what I've written does Graduate Entry Medicine sound like a bad idea though? I don't think I can getting work experience like a 16 year old anyway

Would probably need a bit more than that to do medicine. Do you actually want to be a doctor and help people?

I want to help people (and TBH use my brain more in my job - I was always good at science), but I don't know if the drudgery required would be too much.
