Mate, I feel for you! I am 21 and I too have been a slave to masturbation and porn since 13, until I discovered that they bring more harm than satisfaction. They hurt you psychologically and emotionally.
They make you an introvert and an unsociable person.
I managed to get rid of this harmful addiction, when I gave my life to Jesus. I am now more concerned on getting to know Him and living the life he wants me to live.
